Area: 10 min east of the Strip, with easy freeway access to lakes or downtown. Adjacent to a dog-friendly park with swings, playground, parkour, and yoga areas. Safe suburban neighborhood near Sam’s Casino and Flamingo Blvd restaurants.

Inside: Enter a vaulted family room with a pool table and restored wood dining table. The first floor has waterproof TrafficMaster laminate flooring, a stocked kitchen with stainless steel fridge (ice maker), quiet dishwasher, breakfast bar, and a living room with fireplace. A king bedroom, first-floor bathroom with rainfall shower, and laundry room with GE Profile washer and gas dryer are included. Brushed nickel finishes throughout. The grand staircase leads to an oversized master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, office (usable as a 6th bedroom), and a massive bathroom with jetted tub, shower, dual vanity, and private toilet. Two jack-and-jill bedrooms with king trundle beds (sleep 8 total) share a bathroom. A large king bedroom completes the second floor.

Outside: Features a shaded covered patio with two tables and 12 chairs.

Year-round pool: Pool heated three ways (aquathermal solar, gas, solar cover) for a great experience. Fully fenced with waterfall and pebble-tech finish. Includes floaties and balls. Solar heat is free (Apr 1–Sep 30, mid-80s). Gas heat, $249 initial setup and $129/day thereafter (Nov 1–Mar 30) or $129 initial setup and $89/day thereafter (Apr 1–Sep 30), keeps pool at 90°F for the entire stay. Solar blanket required to reduce 90% energy loss. Add-ons apply to full booking. Message us to add gas heat.

Office space: Teleworkers enjoy office space in multiple rooms, plus desk space in the living room and kitchen.

Conservation: Features LED lighting, minimal plastic waste, recycling (required), auto humidity-controlled bathroom fans, and dual-pane windows.

Parking: 2 garage spaces and 2 street spots for 4 cars total. Unlimited overflow parking 3 min away at a park. No driveway parking.
