The unit is a luxury one bedroom corner suite 1220 square feet with 1.5 Bath with 9 feet ceilings. It has a wrap around balcony that accessible. It can sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom has a king size bed (I just added a brand new king size charcoal, green tea, bamboo memory foam mattress pls see photos in gallery) and can be completely closed up for privacy. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Additional I have remodeled my unit. The kitchen has new chandelier lighting and a beautiful wall mirror that was added! The bed got new upholstery, new wallpaper, lights and new side tables. The living room got new wallpaper, one wall has 3D plates to enhance the look. Interesting artwork has been added as well. The theme is “ gold and silver“. I added new lights and more deco pillows in the same theme. The washer and dryer was upgraded to Kenmore. The shower got 3 new Raindrop shower fixtures (one large square and two hand held showers) and the water pressure is great. The suite is pet friendly and the carpet is frequently deep steam cleaned.

From the moment you walk into the suite you will feel right at home surrounded with all the luxury that's hard to find in the hotels in LV.

With floor to ceiling windows, state of the art kitchen seats up to 4 people with a sub zero fridge and ice maker, spacious living room, this suite has all comforts of a luxury high rise Condo.

The living room has a state of the art fireplace to be enjoyed, especially during the holidays and the colder month.
The master double bath features 3 newly upgraded shower heads with a rainfall shower as mentioned earlier. There is a separate European bathtub with jets in the bedroom that is perfect not just for honeymooners and newlyweds. The suite features also a spacious half bath by the entrance.

The unit also has an additional 350 square feet wrap around balcony with mountain, sunset and partial strip view. The balcony is open and accessible.

The Red Rock National parks are a min drive and used to be home to Native Americans. The famous Valley of Fire is 2 hours away. The wonders of nature are worth exploring for a day. Please check my guide book!

Restaurants at the palms Casino are amazing! The Ghost Bar is a “must do” experience! Concerts and live events like “Dancing with the Stars” is a highlight coming in 2023!
