Communication before arrival excellent. We weren't able to use the spa bath as the plumbing currently needs re-doing to prevent leaks and there is no shelf to put the toiletries in the bathroom. “Perfect place for our 1 night stay. Lovely area right along the river/canal that you can walk along. There is a restaurant/bar but we headed into Bath for dinner. Breakfast was preordered which was great as it was ready for the time specified in the morning. Lots of options (all cooked - no cereals).”
