Villa di recente interamente rinnovata, è ubicata a pochi minuti dal centro di Cefalù, nei pressi della spiaggia di Salinelle; struttura ricettiva extralberghiera CIR 19082044B400793. E' circondata da ampi spazi verdi consentendo ai propri ospiti una atmosfera piacevole, silenziosa e rilassante. Le camere da letto sono ampie, luminose e dotate di tutti i comfort; sono dotate di bagno completo di doccia, impianto di condizionamento autonomo, televisore satellitare, minifrigo; cucina interna con tv, climatizzatore e wc. All'esterno vi sono aree attrezzate con sdraio ed ombrelloni, cucina con barbecue, piscina (con barriera di protezione) fruibile da Marzo a Novembre (su richiesta, anche d'inverno; da marzo 2018 la piscina può essere riscaldata a 28° con preavviso minimo di una settimana, ed un contributo extra di Euro 250 a settimana da pagare contanti al personale incaricato all'arrivo), mq 6000 di frutteto, mq 500 di prato. Parcheggio interno gratuito. Divisa in 6 camere da letto matrimoniali (con letti separabili) con 6 bagni in camera, totale 13 posti letto. Possibilità di lettini e culle. Ogni camera da letto è provvista di tv lcd e frigo. Nella stagione invernale le camere da letto diventano 5 poiché in una camera a piano terra viene collocato il salotto esterno in sostituzione del letto. Annesso alla cucina c'è un settimo wc di servizio. Sono a disposizione dei clienti 10 biciclette. Possibilità di organizzare: menù tipico siciliano con l'aiuto di uno Chef qualificato; serata con balli e musiche siciliane; escursioni in barca a noleggio anche con skipper; escursioni a cavallo nel bosco. Possibilità di partecipare a: corso di cucina italiana; corso di ceramica; corso di equitazione; corso di barca a vela; vendemmia (agosto/settembre); raccolta delle olive (ottobre/novembre); battuta di pesca con pranzo in barca; mercoledì e sabato, nei dintorni, mercato dei prodotti locali ortofrutticoli ed enogastronomici. Wifi gratuito. Non è incluso nel prezzo dell'affitto il costo biancheria, utenze, climatizzazione per cui è da pagare al personale contanti all'arrivo Euro 500 fino a 7 giorni, per ogni giorno in più aggiungi Euro 70 al giorno. Da Giugno a Settembre costo biancheria, utenze, climatizzazione da pagare al personale contanti all'arrivo Euro 999 fino a 7 giorni, per ogni giorno in più aggiungi Euro 145 al giorno.
L'acconto versato al momento della prenotazione (25% del costo dell'affitto) in caso di cancellazione da parte dell'affittuario verrà restituito dal proprietario solo se la villa verrà riprenotata allo stesso prezzo per lo stesso periodo. Nel caso di cancellazione legata all'emergenza Covid-19 può essere riconosciuto un credito pari all'acconto già versato da utilizzare per una nuova prenotazione entro l'anno successivo. Il viaggiatore può comunque acquistare polizza assicurativa che rimborsa l'acconto versato in caso di cancellazione della prenotazione.

We had a wonderful stay the first 2 weeks of May. The villa had everything we needed, the bedrooms were ideal for large groups with en suite, tv and fridge in every room. Lots of outdoor space which accommodated 13 ppl with ease. The pool was the highlight for all the children (and adults) and the ability to pick fresh fruit from the trees every morning was such a treat. We booked Marco the chef and his partner for an exquisite dinner, wld highly recommend. Benedetto was a great host, promptly responded to any message or request and was very friendly. Word of warning the mosquitos can be fierce, especially on an our pale skin so be prepared, the darker skinned in the party weren’t so bothered. The sun shone every day apart from 1 day and the Vila was perfectly positioned for the beach just a 2 min cycle away and restaurants and train station to take us to nearby Cefalu and Palermo. We all had a really lovely holiday and will look back on it with very fond memories. Thank you Benedetto

This villa is perfect for a family stay, total 5 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bd/ba in a separate house. We stayed in April and our pool was heated, we enjoyed swimming even though it was cool weather. Location is very nice. 3 very good restaurants in walking distance. We were going to Cefalu quite often for lunch/dinner and beach. Huge backyard for kids to run around and play structures. 2 large outdoor tables for alfresco eating.

We had eight family members including small children. The rooms were all comfortable and accommodating. We could walk to restaurants and walk to beautiful beaches. Or spend a day having fun in the pool or hosting a party with a moustache licking meal prepared by Chef Marco. The host for the villa was also first class

We are a family of 4 couples one single and one small child. Comfortable large bedrooms with aircon and en-suite shower rooms. Perfect for our needs. Great pool. Two outdoor eating / sitting /chatting areas and BBQ used regularly. Garden with play area for our toddler. Very good supermarket 10-15 walk, great selection of fresh fish and seafood. Train station similar easy walk with regular trains to Cefalu and Palermo. Beach 10 mins easy walk Recommended

We stayed as large family group using 5 bedrooms with one spare. Each room had its own bathroom which was really appreciated. Lovely pool and loads of outside space. We booked the chef for a birthday meal and can highly recommend - wonderful food and great personal service. Benedetto was a great host and helped whenever we needed it. Professional and friendly. Walking distance to beach and cafes of lascari , a short drive to cefalu. We had great weather late September except for 1 rainy day. It was a fabulous holiday. Thank you!

Alt var perfekt, og værten var meget hjælpsom med alt, både ridetur, oliven tur, og en kok til at lave aftens maden en aften. Poolen var varm og stor. Alt var til et 5 stjernet ophold, kan klart anbefales, af alle 10 i vores familie.

We had a great time at the villa . It was all as advertised and all bedrooms had en suite which was great for a large group (12 of us ) We did have a car which was useful for shopping and trips further afield but we also walked to the station for trips to Cefalu and Palermo (amazing food in Palermo!) The trains were on time and very clean and comfortable but there aren’t many of them so you do need to plan your trip well with the timetable . One in our party went horse riding which was a great trip out . We also walked to the local beach (10 mins) which was much quieter than Cefalu. We all had fun in the pool which was lovely to cool down in . The kitchen was very well equipped with absolutely everything you would need . Benedetto replied quickly to messages from the beginning and was always helpful and respectful. All in all we had a really great time and would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone who would like to visit this lovely area of Sicily.

We just returned from a lovely two week Sicilian getaway. The villa is just as described. We enjoyed the home, pool, garden, and bicycles. The villa location is close to 2 excellent restaurants, within walking distance and the beach. Benedetto was so helpful. He arranged for a chef to come to the villa to prepare several delicious dinners. So magical to dine in the garden after a great day of sightseeing in Sicily. We will be booking this amazing property again. Ci vediamo presto !

We stayed for 1 week, and we had a very nice vacation. It is easy to take the train to Cefalù or Palermo,the beach is just 5 min by bikes. I really loved the outdoor kitchen, easy to prepare good dinner or breakfast for many peoples. All just perfect 👍.

Everything met expectations. The house with generous space and well equipped kitchen and very nice and comfortable social area outside. The pool perfect. Nice beach in walking distance and the restaurant Da Piero was perfect for family with excellent service. Walk or bicycle to supermarket. We are very satisfied with the stay.

Benedetto was an excellent host. We were there while it was very rainy and not having an inside sitting area was a bit of a problem. However the warm outdoor pool was a life saver on cold cloudy days. Easy walk to the beach, the train station and the supermarket.We managed with out a car and did trips to palermo and cefalu. Excellent Sicilian dinner cooked by chef Marco. Extensive outdoor space was a real advantage for us with small kids in our group who loved the swings. Easy walk to two restaurants and the lido on the beach. Picked fresh mulberries, loquats and oranges from the garden. If the weather had been better it would have been perfect but was a bit hard to manage the space in very rainy weather. To be fair we were there during the floods in Italy so everywhere was struggling.

Lovely house for a family gathering. As we visited early in the season we paid for the pool to be heated which was well worth it, we thoroughly enjoyed swimming, playing with the pool toys and sunbathing. Our granddaughter was well provided for with highchair, cot, and garden toys too. A car is needed to get to the local supermarket and to explore the area.

Lekkere woning met veel slaapkamers, met ieder zij eigen douche. Bij leuke cefalu, wel auto nodig. Op verzoek was het zwembad heerlijk verwarmd. Tuin erbij. Bedden vonden wij minder.

We had a very pleasent stay at Giordan Paradiso. The host were most serviceminded and helpful in all ways. The villa had all facilities that you needed for a week. A beautiful garden and a pool that our grandchildren loved. We can highly recommend this house,

We rented this place with my friends - we all really enjoyed hanging out by the pool, bbq‘s and all slept well. You need a car to get to Cefalu, otherwise by bike distance it‘s quite dangerous. The bikes provided from the owner are not fully functionnal. Everything worked fine appart from the dishwasher and we had no Access to any cleaning products in the house so we had to purchase everything.

Great property for a large group. We used 6 bedrooms (including the pool house) in August which provide lots of space for our group of 12, each bedroom having an en suite is excellent. Pool area recently refurbished with lots of sun loungers and an umbrella for shade (need as so hot !). Lots of outside space to relax in, the large outside eating area by the bbq was fantastic with a big dining table for evening meals, lots of seating outside the kitchen with another table and sofa and chairs. Villa is well located and only a 10 minute walk to the beach which has a nice beach bar, a number of bikes were also available to use if you wanted to go a bit further afield. Benedetto was very friendly and helpful host and ensured that some problems with the air conditioning were fixed as soon as possible, also arranged for Chef Marco to come in and cook for us one evening. Pizza restaurant was 5 minutes walk away, friendly place with good value food. Would happily visit Villa Giardino Paradiso again.

Nice villa with everything you need. Enjoyed fresh oranges every day. Good location for the beach and easy drive into Cefalu. Lots of bikes available to explore the area. Benedetto was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very comfortable inside, though we spent more time outside! The heated pool is amazing, and the kids also loved the fruit orchard in the garden. The nearby restaurant was great. Benedetto was very helpful. Cefalu is an amazing town with a stunning beach right next to it. There is a supermarket near the house which is convenient. Can't ask for much more really!

The property is BETTER than the pictures show! Lovely home, comfy rooms with attached bathrooms, a small bungalow and the refreshing (heated & clean pool!) as well as bikes and lovely grass yard for kids to play in. 9 Family members enjoyed the comfort and beauty of the property, the closeness to Cefalu (7 minute drive, went in twice a day!) The beach is around the block, with a charming little cafe/bar for food and a beverage while you relax under the umbrellas. The neighborhood restaurant, down the block was delicious! Highly recommend this villa, sit outside and enjoy the beauty of Sicily, get a good nights rest, and walk the historic city of Cefalu, drive across the beautiful countryside on the clean and well paved roads to see the Greek ruins. Lovely Villa, beautiful area, nice & helpful owner! 5 Star!!
