“The hotel has an access point from the parking lot, which was typically unlocked. When we arrived, using this access, a person entered the elevator smoking and nothing was done about it. The elevator smelled like a frat house during a party after that. The first room we had had a wonky desk, with a visible broken leg. No stand for luggage was provided and the pillows smelled. They ask you to request housekeeping before 11 AM but they didn't provide the service when we did. The second room lacked...

“The staff at the front desk when we were both checking in and out were nice and the whole lobby area was neat and clean. The room was very clean and appreciated that they provided makeup wipes in the bathroom also. We were in the area for a concert at the arena and this was a good place to stay outside of the city.
Would stay here again and recommend it

“The personal was quite unfriendly. I am a foreigner and had difficulties to fully understand them immediately. After asking to please repeat, they seemed bothered. They helped me, but not with a happy face. Asking twice was then no option anymore for me.
