“The Ace Hotel is a hidden gem! After a travel day from Hell (7-hr delay and 4 hrs one the tarmac) and constant updates and extensions in waiting for me, I arrived. I had spoken with Tracy earlier and she assured me they'd be there beyond their 8 PM closing. When I arrived, Autumn was so welcoming, helped me to my room, and even upgraded me after my disasterous day.
The room and courtyard were so charming and cozy. My bed... I travel a lot for work, and this was by far the best pillows and...

“The property was located in an excellent location. Close to downtown Seattle, Space needle and other places.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The bar was unique, the bartender was an excellent person, very friendly and knew how to make the drinks, very kind.
One thing that I didn’t like was the bathroom. The shower door didn’t have a handle in the inside and it was very difficult to open the door. The elevator is old. The commercial says that it is a swimming pool but I never saw it....
