“The alarm clock could not be programmed and worst of all there was NO hot water at 6am. I ran it for more than 10 minutes to no avail. It wasn't even lukewarm. The inside door of the elevator needs to be cleaned. Also, since I booked through Expedia, I knew there would be a $100.00 fee. However, they managed to charge it immediately but here it is, 5 days later and the $100.00 has not been refunded yet!”

“I loved this place! It has a great grab and go breakfast until 10AM!!!! Great for those of us that like to grab a extra shut-eye. Kathy at the front desk was so friendly and helpful.
The lobby is great place to send the kids it has Foosball tables and great space for kids to be kids; even grown up kids and let their hair down and have some fun.

“I did not want to stay in a pet friendly motel. Every room had at one time or another animals in them. Our room smelled terrible. We had to go buy sanitizer to make it smell better. It did not help much. I am a good customer of Expedia but this time I am really disappointed in our room and your service.”
