“I didn't like that there was only one elevator. I did not like that. They did not tell us that we have access to a pool. They did not tell us what time Breakfast was being served at the front desk. Gail was awesome. Everyone else was not friendly.”

“Before I go into the nasty, the manager at the desk went over and beyond to ensure our happiness. With that said, once in our room the floor was not clean, bodily hair in the shower, and no soap or shampoo. We were moved to a new room which was in much better shape than the previous. I do not think we will stay at this location again.”

“Only stayed here as we were visiting family in the area. $200 for the night was not worth it. Room smelt musky. Furniture was ripped and taped together. Apparently the hotel has only one luggage cart. I went to lobby to get luggage cart as we were getting ready to check out. I returned to my room and was followed by an employee. She knocked on my door and I said “yes”. She asked if I was checking out. Mind you it was 9:15 am. I responded “in a few minutes”. She then asked if there was anything I...

“I like the room all though I didn't have a key to room cause they didn't have one and they had bed bugs but they did move me with no problem but that room also didn't have a key and no remote for the TV had to download a app”
