Upon your arrival, the villa reveals contemporary architecture with clean lines, vast wooden terraces, and large bay windows opening onto the garden. Inside, natural materials, comfortable furniture, and decorative artworks create a warm, elegant, and unique atmosphere.

The spacious living room invites guests to gather in a friendly atmosphere, with its generous sofas, relaxation areas, and wide openings to nature. The bright dining room hosts meals with family or friends, while the fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine) allows for easy cooking and sharing beautiful moments.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms, all facing the outdoor areas.

Two master suites, one of which is located on the ground floor, offer privacy and comfort. The other two large bedrooms share a remarkable, generously sized bathroom equipped with a central bathtub and a large shower. An independent dressing room completes the sleeping areas.

Each bedroom benefits from privileged access or views of the exterior. Some have their own private terrace, and even one of the bathrooms opens onto a private terrace: an invitation to fully enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate.

Outside, the estate becomes a true private resort. Enjoy the infinity pool, relax in the jacuzzi, organize a match on the tennis court, or share a game of pétanque on the bowling green.

The 2-hectare park also houses a pond and numerous spaces suitable for walking, resting, or contemplation. The furnished terraces allow you to enjoy long sunny days, have lunch in the shade, or gather in the evening in a peaceful and preserved setting.
