“Lovely stay, great location and nice deep tub! Asked for extra towels as we had used them the evening before after the bath- but we had to hand one back to get another which was a little strange. Would stay again! ”

“A lovely old building. We had the spa bath room. Next time I’ll ditch the bath and ask for a room with a view. Check in person was lovely and competent. Room was clean and nice, not modern but that’s ok we knew that when booking. I would say to anyone who has mobility issues to be aware it is positioned at the top of a steep hill… so if you’re planning to walk to shops etc you will need to have reasonable fitness to get up and down the stairs or pathways. ”

“Very impressed with the staff at this property, especially the guy in reception, so friendly and helpful, this was our second stay and they had stored our bags while we were on the Overland Track for a week, delighted on return that our bags had been put in the room ready for us. We had a one bedroom apartment, very spacious, with a full kitchen and laundry.
