- The perfect spot for guests looking for that bit of rest and relaxation in countryside surroundings, yet close to many of Cornwall’s most popular attractions and seaside towns. Located in central North Cornwall, this is the ideal location for guests who are looking to tour this unique county. The famous variety of National Trust properties and of course The Eden Project, Cornwall's premiere attraction, are all within easy reach. The north coast is strewn with surfing beaches and secluded white sandy coves whilst the south coast offers a variety of picture postcard traditional fishing villages, harbours and a wealth of other attractions. The beach at Crackington Haven is just 10 miles away with its soft white sand.
When entering the property, you will be welcomed in to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The property has a traditional yet comforting and cosy feel. The lounge area has a comfy sofa where you can watch the Smart TV and catch up on your favourite series. The dining area seats two, perfect for a romantic meal together after a day exploring your surroundings. Cook up a lazy brunch in the kitchen area equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with an ice compartment. Off from the lounge, you will find the bedroom with a double bed, plenty of hanging space and vanity area. There’s also a shower room with shower and WC.
Outside is an enclosed garden with seating, perfect for your morning coffee to admire those views across farmland. Driveway parking for one car
