Vorremmo darti il benvenuto nella nostra premier West Maui Villa certa di catturare i tuoi desideri di una vacanza Maui sensazionale! Il Pacific View è immerso nella maestosa montagna del West Maui. Il West Maui Mountains è una grande vastissima di valli lussureggianti e ripide scogliere con pochi sentieri per esplorare a piedi. Questa tenuta di 5 ettari si trova in una posizione unica per catturare la bellezza maestosa ma a breve distanza dal cuore della città di Lahaina!
Pacific View è una villa recintata che offre una generosa casa di oltre 4000 piedi quadrati e cottage di oltre 1000 piedi quadrati. Proseguire attraverso l'ingresso principale e immediatamente la serenità di questa lussuosa proprietà vi farà respirare come una vista meravigliosa sull'oceano è visto in ogni stanza nominata. La disposizione astratta offre un'area vivente generosa e aperta con pouf per tutti i tipi di occasioni. La cucina ben arredata e accessibile offre tutte le esigenze per creare la vostra visione di una cucina dell'isola.

Questa casa privata è composta da 4 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni, il cottage è 2 camere da letto e
1 bagno con una cucina completa e 2 set di lavatrici e asciugatrici. L'ala sud della casa principale è l'inconfondibile suite padronale e il bagno privato. L'ospite principale apprezzerà il lussureggiante letto king size, la notevole stanza e le caratteristiche interessanti. Il bagno interno dispone di vasca idromassaggio, doccia interna ed esterna, doppia vanità e ripostiglio separato. Lo spazioso armadio principale è dotato di un mobile da trucco e di uno specchio. Le restanti suite / camere da letto sono situate nell'ala nord. Qui troverete ognuno progettato in modo univoco per ospitare tutti i tipi di gruppi. La seconda suite offre un letto king size e bagno privato. La terza suite è composta da un letto king size e da una doccia interna. La quarta camera da letto è composta da un letto matrimoniale e 1 set di letti a castello (superiore: doppio fondo: doppio).

Absolutely Breathtaking!

Our family of 11 (ages 8-81) thoroughly enjoyed this property…AMAZING views of Lanai, the ocean and the mountains; enough space for everyone to gather inside/outside or spread out as needed; family with younger children found the ohana perfect; kitchen has a multitude of appliances, dishes, seasonings, etc. Such a blessing to enjoy Maui while staying at this property! This property is absolutely stunning, exactly as stated and pictures do not even give it justice on how beautiful it is in person. Jodie and Eric were both wonderful from booking all the way through! Milestone trip

We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary in Maui! This house was the perfect spot for the 11 of us. Jodie and Eric are easy to work with and responsive to questions. The pool, the covered porch, the view, the sprawling property. It is just gorgeous. So much attention to detail in the house and for the comfort of the guests. This house made our trip spectacular! I would recommend it to any family!

Perfect for large family vacation.

Property was beautiful and as described. Eric and Jodi were great hosts. There was no need to leave the compound unless to golf or shop and visit the beach. Can't wait to stay again!

Me and 12 of my family members stayed here for a week and we couldn't ask for anything more!! This place is amazing!! 10 min from front st and basically everything you could need is right there. The owners thought of everything, we were all very happy and impressed.

No words can describe how beautiful this place was.

I celebrated my 50th birthday with friends and family here and it was such a magical time. The property is breathtaking and spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. It was like our own private resort. The concierge service and property management was top notch. Thank you Jodie, Eric, and Karen for ensuring our stay was nothing less than magnificent. Mahalo!

Died and gone to heaven?

This is an exceptional property. This home is beautiful and comfortable, including the 2 bedroom Ohana. It’s a very short drive to Lahaina town. The interior is gorgeous with high end furnishings. Everybody (all 12 of us) said the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the kitchen which was well stocked to feed all of us, including the many spices and accessories. Drawers and cupboards were labeled, which was a huge help. Our family gathered everyday on the lanai with its ample seating with drop down sunscreens when needed. The outdoor kitchenette/BBQ is fully equipped. The pool was exceptional and clean. You’ll feel like you’ve died and gone to heaven with the view from the spa. Don’t forget to pay a little extra and have the pool heated during your stay. There is so much more to mention, even beach supplies, but you should just see for yourself. This surely was one of the finest vacation experiences we’ve ever had. We hope to come back soon.

Sunsets

It was hard to comprehend when some reviews said the photos don't do the property justice, considering how beautiful the pictures looked, but it's 100% the truth. Both sets of adults had been to Maui before and stayed on the beach and wanted something safer for the kids. This property completely exceeded our expectations. Best view of sunsets ever. You feel like you have the island to yourselves because you can't see neighbors from the lanai/pool hardly at all. The kids loved the pool and the parents loved how much space there was. The house was the highlight of the trip and that's saying alot when you're in paradise. As my friend said, there's only 2 seasons in life.....Maui and planning on returning to Maui. We will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely incredible stay in Maui with extended family

The house is outstanding and the outdoor space, the pool and the views are spectacular! We will remember our time at Pacific View Estates forever which is awesome since this was a joint family trip to celebrate two college graduates. Jodie and Eric were outstanding through booking, planning, check-in, during our stay and departure! They made us all feel welcomed and secure knowing that we could call on them at any time. We have made many trips to Maui and all of them have been great, but this one was really something special becasue of this house in this location.

Fantastic Family Vacation

What a fantastic stay we had at the Pacific View Estate. When we walked through the front door, we all said, “this is even better than the pictures”. The view from the main living area out to the lanai, on to the pool and finally the ocean view over Lahaina were magnificent. The humungous kitchen was a delight to work in. There were more appliances and gadgets that we could have imagined. Somebody thought of everything! All our family (ten of us) commented how comfortable the beds were and how quiet. The pool became the focal point for the family with swimming, basketball, and relaxation. We discovered several new vocal stars in our family thanks to the Karaoke machine. What a blast! It was truly a most memorable family vacation thanks to Eric and Jodie running such a great property. Our kids and grandkids said we should just buy the property. I think we will settle for a future trip.

This home was perfect for our 3-generation family trip. The setting is peaceful and the view is outstanding. We were traveling with five kids aged 6 and under, and the big yard, great pool, and fruit trees kept them entertained. The living space was perfect -- the house was clean and well stocked with all the things we needed for our stay. Probably our best home rental ever, we loved our entire stay!

Absolutely best spot in Maui

Regarding location; easy 10 minutes into town and can get to most spots on the island very easy. The house, where do I begin. Could you stay on the property for your entire stay? Yes. All the beds were high quality, extremely clean and well taken care of, all items you will need including over 20 beach towels (who has that many?), the view and light breezes all day long,... However what was extra wonderful was that you can have a large group here and still have a place to "get away" from everyone. We hope to come back.

Gorgeous Property!

This was an amazing vacation home; it has every amenity you could ever need. We spent a majority of our time outside on the patio and by the pool. The views are simply spectacular... we would see whales occasionally in the distance. We were a family of 7 so we had plenty of room and then some ... didn't even need to really use the darling guest house. The kitchen is gourmet with every appliance and tool you could possibly want. The kids had a ton of fun playing in the pool, in the yard, using the karaoke machine, while the adults were in heaven with a drink watching the stunning sunsets. Super close to Lahaina for a quick trip into town. Our property manager was great too... very helpful and communicative. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

2 Week Extended Family Getaway

This property is a dream and better than advertised. The views are stunning, and the space gave our multi-generational family places to come together as well as places for private time. Seriously, the trip of a lifetime! The views and property are absolutely breathtaking! I celebrated my 50th Birthday with a group of girlfriends, and this house did not disappoint. Amazing property!

We stayed at this amazing property with our family of 11 for a week and enjoyed every minute! We have stayed in many luxury rentals in Hawaii and this was one of the best. Exceptionally clean with an incredible setting and view. We would come back for sure!
