BEACHFRONT Home Overlooking the Hamptons in the Heart of North Fork Wine Country

  • Located BEACHFRONT on the Great Peconic Bay in Laurel, this exceptional home with breathtaking water views and a beach, boasts 3 bedrooms: 1 king waterfront, 1 queen waterfront, 1 garden view queen; and 1 private, garden view bonus room boasting a luxurious Charles P. Rogers Daybed that can convert to two extra long twin beds, or combine to become a king bed.

    The star of the show is the Great Peconic Bay and direct access to your secluded bay beach. Guests can walk from the home's beach to the Peconic Bay Beach in Mattituck (which is a a few yards away), and to Mattituck's popular Veterans Memorial Beach, Playground and Park, which is a hop, skip and a jump away (about a quarter of a mile). The home's bay view is worthy of The National Golf Links of America ("the National") golf course, which sits directly across the bay. Bountiful vineyards, farm stands, and acclaimed eateries await in close proximity to the home.

    Unwind with unlimited, full-body massages in your very own AmaMedic Massage chair with panoramic bay water and open sky views, after working out on your at-home exercise bicycle with beachfront views. Take a dip in the bay and shower outside in your own private outdoor shower. Need to check in at the office? No problem: the home is outfitted with a water view desk and Optimum wifi. There is also a luxurious extra large bathtub with bay views (jacuzzi jets are currently disabled).

There is a 6 foot right of way on the west side of the property for the street side house resident to access the beach. Please be courteous!
