“Two minutes after arriving, we had a knock at the door. Not expecting anyone, my boyfriend responded “who is it?”. A voice of an older man said “the boogy man”??? We asked what he was going at our room, to which he said “I’m about ready to knock this door down”. After calling hotel security, they came up and said no one was in the halls anymore and to call if we hear it again. “I have stayed at this property several times before, which is why this recent stay was disappointing compared to my previous experiences. While I still love the location and appreciate being close to restaurants and shopping, there were several issues that impacted the quality of my stay.
