“It was hard to get an extra blanket. You had to talk to a computer screen, and then wait for them to contact the staff for you. While checking in I was informed that I was required to pay a $50 security fee on a room that was paid in full ahead of time.”

“I arrived with my family around 10pm, so you need go thru special night window. A gentleman with beautiful pink nails gave me a key to a room next to a big smoking dark party outside. There was not a chance I could even walk or pass by the party. It seems they live in this hotel.
I requested a refund because I was scared. The nice gentleman gave me a room on a different side of the building telling me that I should be safe there. We couldn't sleep. ”
