"Checking in was a nightmare. When we arrived we found out that they no longer have staff on site. Check in is done via a QR code on the door of the vending machine/ ice machine room where I assume the office used to be. "They didnt have house keeping staff daily. Noone ever was at the front desk when needing toilet paper or towels. Toilet was dirty. Pictures dont represent the actual room. Wifi didn't work in our room. No channels on the TV. I could go on and on"
