"Tutto ottimo, hotel eccezionale, stile industriale, mattoni a vista e metallo nero, colazione superlativa, tutto quello che si potrebbe volere, c'è. Mezzi pubblici (tram e bus) a 2 minuti a piedi, zona centrale e vicino alla stazione, bus per porto sempre di fronte alla strada! TOP!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location, housed in a charming historic building that reflects part of Helsinki's heritage. Unfortunately, the service fell far short of expectations. The main issue was the room cleaning: it was not done on a daily basis. Every evening, upon returning to the hotel, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned and wait—exhausted—in the lobby. To make matters worse, we were even told that we had asked the staff not to clean the room—an absurd and offensive accusation, essentially calling us liars. The final straw came on our last day: while we were packing to check out, we received a rude phone call bluntly reminding us to leave the room no later than noon, with a completely inappropriate tone. Service like this is unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one that claims to be five-star. A deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. They should be ashamed. "
