Exactly as described

Sometimes you wonder if a property is really as described. This one is. Beautiful new home; very peaceful; great views; lots of amenities; etc. They have a nice pair of binoculars there and our granddaughters really enjoyed looking around. They also enjoyed the hot tub, and I also joined with them. The river meanders through the property with the mountains in the background - and foreground. And thank you for the goodies to make smores, etc!

Great place! Amazing views! Thoroughly enjoyed eating on the deck outside. Well stocked with everything we needed for kids. Easy communication with fast-responding host. Would definitely come back for another stay!

Perfect home for our family stay & SO CLEAN!

What an amazing home to stay in! My husband and I took our 5 adult kids with 3 spouses to stay in this home for 4 nights in July. The property manager was so amazing to work with! She was so quick to respond if we had any questions.The home is BEAUTIFUL, bright, and SO CLEAN! The views from the family/living room were amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and enjoying the scenery. The beautiful couch on the main floor was huge, giving plenty of space for everyone to sit.The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, dishes, and just about anything you need. There was a tray of treats/snacks for us when we arrived.The beds are very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. We enjoyed having several bathrooms. The hot tub was a great place to relax at the end of the day.This is a place I DEFINITELY want to return to!

My family was vacationing in the Lava Hot Springs area and chose to stay at the Riverside Luxury Modern Mountain Retreat. The house, property and views were absolutely perfect. The house is spacious and beautiful and stocked with all that you will need for your stay. The views from the deck were amazing and so relaxing.We had zero complaints or issues and would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Perfect Lava Springs Getaway

This was an amazing getaway for ot family. Communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive.The home is stunning. My boys had so much fun playing around the river. It's close to Lava, yet far enough away that the crowds don't bother you. Stay here. Seriously. Stay here!

Beautiful, comfortable home

I highly recommend staying in this home. It’s very new and clean and the kitchen and family room feel so open with the high vaulted ceilings. It’s a very inviting space. The area is pretty and quiet and is close to the hot springs in Lava Hot Springs.

Beautiful Property, Attentive Host

We had an awesome President's Day weekend at this property. Everything there was really nice and the scenery was beautiful. We came during a snow storm and the driveway and roads were clear when we arrived. We had fun sledding down the hill and making a snowman. The hot tub was great, too.Sandra was very attentive to our needs, but there wasn't really anything to ask her for as everything we needed was already there.We had a great time and would choose this place again.

Getaway

This house was so beautiful looks so much better in real life than pictures as soon as we walked in we were all shocked of how big and spacious everything was and the view was so amazing. Loved the house every little detail about it, was just an amazing time. An amazing host always helped when needed. I recommend this house for sure for those who are coming to be at lava hot springs it’s not a far drive the area by the house is beautiful with all the snow and mountains the kids had fun sledding the hot tub was perfect for the weather with the snow. We were so happy with our stay and are looking forward to coming back!
