Casa di fascia alta spaziosa 5 minuti a Lava Hot Springs

Costruito nel 2008, questa bella casa di quasi 5000 piedi quadrati si estende su 10 ettari e vanta una vista panoramica sulla valle e sulle montagne circostanti. Questa struttura si trova a soli 1. 8 miglia dalla città di Lava Hot Springs e spalle al BLM e, in modo un giro ATV in città per generi alimentari o l'accesso a centinaia di miglia di sentieri di montagna può accadere in un momento di preavviso. La casa comprende: 5 camere da letto e grande sala bonus (20 posti letto) 120 "Projection Theatre System, controsoffitti in granito, 2 vasche idromassaggio e doccia a vapore walk-in, WIFI, pavimenti in legno, sistema di acqua calda su richiesta e acqua dolce, caricamento frontale lavatrice / asciugatrice, bellissimo ponte e seminterrato walk-out con grill a gas, altoparlanti esterni e interni, questa casa ha tutto!

Un veicolo 4WD può essere necessario per accedere a casa nei mesi invernali, (anche se abbiamo qualcuno in fila per arare quando nevica). La casa si trova sul lato di una montagna così ci sono molte variabili coinvolte lì, ma il parcheggio sottostante e camminare per le 40 yarde o giù di lì fino a casa può anche essere un'opzione per voi.

Beautiful, Spacious and Comfortable Accommodations

The home was beautiful and the surrounding yard was spacious and pretty. Our family enjoys cooking and eating together, so we appreciated the well supplied kitchen. We enjoyed playing games with our family inside and out on the lawn. We enjoyed the beauty and scenery. We saw a deer early one morning in the trees beyond the yard and rabbits. It felt nice to be away from town but still only a few minutes away for access to things in town. It was a great location for the activities we had planned at Lava Hot Springs, hikes and other day trips.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean, spacious, easy check-in/check-out. Tucked away with beautiful views, but very close to town. Would definitely stay again.

The view was amazing. We really enjoyed the house. We had plenty of space. My grandkids loved the outdoor activities especially the zip line. One suggestion is a lot more bath towels. We had 19 people. It sleeps 22 and we didn't have enough towels.

Serenity

Such a roomy, peaceful home. Everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view, comfortable beds and space to spread out. Hike in trees behind the home. Listen to owls at night and pheasant during the day. We loved everything about this home. Highly recommend!!

The Gathering place

This would be our seventh stay at this beautiful home with all ladies and it’s a perfect spot for playing cards, eating good meals, and playing in the snow. Close but not to close to town to hit the hot springs and shops .Kitchen is well equipped and rooms are beautiful and comfortable for a large group and or family. We will be back again. L Jaramillo

Friends Reunion

We are a group of women who are all in our early 80s and have known each other since Jr HS. We very much appreciated the location, quiet and cleanliness of your lovely home. It was a well-equipped spacious and comfortable home. Our only inconvenience was obeying the request to take off our shoes while in the house. However we realize that unless you are in your 80s you wouldn’t understand the hitch.

Great Home for Multi-generational gatherings

Great home for hosting family where everyone could have their own space but still have multiple locations to gather together. Kitchen provides everything we needed to cook through out our stay. Outdoor areas and activities kept children’s attention! Will definitely book again for larger groups coming to the area.

Beautiful, quiet and comfortable

This house is huge and beautifully decorated. The beds and family space are comfortable. It’s about 5 minutes from lava hot springs. We went for a ladies trip but it would be great for families. The driveway steep and is all gravel. A 4 wheel drive vehicle would be ideal for this location. It did have amazing views. There are a lot of extras in this house. We liked the fireplaces, stocked kitchen and extra bedding. Really loved the house and we will be back.

Perfect family getaway

This was our second winter family trip to this beautiful Cabin. Tons of room for everyone and the jetted tubs are an added Bonus and a quick drive to town to enjoy the pools and hot springs. Can’t wait to go back. Host is great and responsive. The need for 4WD or AWD is serious. Our Subaru Outback and pick up trucks did fine but it is steep in areas and would not recommend anyone try a two wheel drive when there is ice/snow on the ground.

Great for family reunion

Great Location with a view

Loved the house and the location. Only drawback was the narrow driveway with the steep climb. Just be prepared for the short drive, it is worth it. My families only complaint was the fees list, had never seen one before and it caused some anxiety among the troops. Would recommend this be removed.

This is an amazing house with incredible property! Great location with awesome views. Close to town, but quite secluded. House is well appointed, clean, and had everything we could want. I highly recommend this spot!
