“We had a great stay at Acacia. The location was very central and walkable to shops, dinner, the Charles Darwin Center, and a couple of beaches. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. And the staff was very friendly and helpful, plus a delicious fresh breakfast daily. So glad we planned a couple of days in Puerto Ayora - there are sea lions, tortoises, and marine iguanas all over the place and we spent a lovely day at Tortuga Bay (thanks to recommendation from Acacia staff). “Great 2-bed room with 2 bathrooms .. perfect for our family of 4 especially with early starts every day. Their staff was kind enough to pack us a breakfast each day too. The hotel is a good 30 min walk from the main downtown area so you will need a cab to move around. ”

“I stayed here twice. Both times highly satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and accommodatding. The rooms and garden area are in excellent upkeep and pleasant to hang out in hammocks or seating arrangements. The owners are very kind people, who even helped me organize a free ride back to the airport upon my departure (a relative happened to also take a flight off the island). I highly recommend this establishment. ”

It is only 2 blocks away from the town center which makes it very convenient and away from the hustle of things to have a quiet nights sleep. The WiFi works well in the common space and there is purified water provided. It is a very charming accommodation that is very eco friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay again!”
