“We had a very pleasant stay during the off-season. Our rooms overlooked the river and were quiet. The room was clean, relatively recently refurbed and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. On check-in, we asked if we could get a knife (so we could have a wine and cheese snack in our rooms) and the receptionist got us one. “Ok so the check in process was a little problematic bc the link you are given by email goes to a page where you are given instructions at check-in time which is 3pm. It will give you a code for the front door and room. Enter the code and press #. You see that bit of instruction when you scroll down the page. I didn’t know that so keep that in mind. “Our 3 night stay was extremely comfortable. Rooms were very spacious and clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace was great to relax with a cocktail in the evenings. We only ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent. Wish we had tried it out for dinner. All in all a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay again when in Montreal again.”
