  • Enjoy the bayside water views from the backyard, A tip toe walk to the bayside and ocean beaches, two blocks walking distance to dining. Available to Book for summer with additional house rules summer vacation agreement. Clean comforters, pillows, are provided on all beds. Basic hand towels, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided. No linens(bed sheets) are provided. 4 Family Beach badges provided, additional Rental weekly Beach badges can be obtained at the baseball field stand behind the library, as owners are not allowed or encouraged to provide badges per the town. Renovated home cleaned weekly the whole house; 6x bedrooms and 3x bathroom. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer for usage. All 10 beds have comforters, a slip mattress protector, and pillows.
    2200 square foot renovated house with new Air conditioning, flooring, windows, roof, siding, appliances, outdoor shower. 6 bedrooms and three bathrooms: 2 bedrooms on first floor and 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor, new fireplace, and a additional pull out couch sofa full bed(11th) in living room. Upstairs a new small green ottoman pull/fold down(12th) in mermaid room, new 3x couches in living rooms, and a new gray small chair pull/fold down rollaway(13th) in pirate room.
    6 bedrooms for sleeping with mattresses
    3 queen beds, 1 King bed, 1 Full bed, 1 twin bed, 1 large bunk bed (2x twin XL mattresses)
    Futon, Sofa pull out (Full bed) - in living room.
    2x new fold out small sleeping options (rollaway, and ottoman)
    1 Bedroom(7th bedroom) converted to a Washer/Dryer room for laundry, extra new drink refrigerator, and a standing work space desk for laundry. Upgraded Utilities: Brand new Washer, Dryer, new Refrigerator, and new oven in Kitchen, new microwave, new HVAC with condenser and furnace, new roof, new windows, new ceiling fans/recess lights, new grill, new outdoor shower, and new light fixtures(w/new electrical panel), and new outdoor shower and plumbing all done by licensed contractors. Please reference video for real view of house, to support the actual professional pictures taken of the renovated house. Photos are approved and rejected by Vrbo if not in compliance with policy guidelines.

Family Reunion

The place was perfect for our family. Great backyard for eating or hanging out. Close to the beach, the bay and the pickleball courts. Easy walk to restaurants and shops.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our family vacation. We had 6 adults, 3 children and 2 babies and everyone had plenty of space. The kids enjoyed the backyard area.

We all had a great time

Enjoyed staying in Lavalette which is a very relaxed and enjoyable area both in town and on the beach. The house was great with nice living room space with view of the bay by the yacht club. Backyard was enjoyable space with nice late evening light. There were 11 of us and it worked out well with the 6 bedrooms.

We rented this house for a family vacation and birthday celebration. The house was adequate for our large group. The location is great; walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee, ice cream and the beach. We had one incident at the house with some trouble with the air conditioning and the owner responded right away and was able to get it working within a couple hours. We really appreciated that level of attentiveness. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Thank you

Amazing Stay for A Big Group!

We had an amazing time at this VRBO! We were a big group of people, the house easily can fit at least 12 people. Plenty of space, there is laundry, an outdoor shower and two refrigerators! We cooked a lot during the week and got propane to grill. Would definitely recommend to stay here! We can't wait to book again! Steve was accessible and very easy to talk to, thanks again for everything!

Group Trip

Steve and his house were absolutely amazing. The house was as pictured, great location and easy check in. Steve was always available to communicate and extremely helpful. We had a fantastic weekend, the house comes with everything you need and is in walking distance to the beach, bay and town. We will for sure be back in the future! Thanks again Steve!!

I didn't like that we had to search for our sheet sizes and make our bed after being exhausted from flying all day. I don't understand that the beds where not made for our stay

I’ll start with the good: the house has a fantastic backyard space, has the as-advertised bedrooms, and location is great with the beach a short walk away. We also appreciated the large laundry room and extra fridge for storage. The host was also very responsive when there were questions/issues. Now for the not so great, this home was clearly renovated by an amateur- none of the doors close properly and there are zero locks and the flooring on the second floor was installed so that it creaks across the entire floor when someone walks. Among other things, our issues included a wonky kitchen sink, filthy air conditioner vents, filthy ceiling fans, very uncomfortable beds, and just general disappointment with the fact that the number of beach badges weren’t as-advertised and the “linen” service we paid for was a Rubbermaid tub filled with unmarked sheets that we had to find and then sift through. We still had fun and the backyard definitely saved it for us - we had a great time hanging out back there. We’ll be looking for other accommodations for next summer that better suit our needs but this did work for us in a pinch when we were late to booking something this year.

Great Family Getaway

My family was looking for home that would accommodate 14 family members coming in from multiple states for our Jersey shore vacation this year. With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower, this property met the needs. The house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, has easy access to the ocean and bay beaches and local restaurants and attractions. I was pleased that the photos on the website accurately reflected the house and beautiful yard. Upon arrival, we had a couple minor items we wanted to have addressed. My appreciation to the owner, Steve, who immediately came by the house and was highly responsive in addressing our requests. I would also mention that we are a family that enjoys cooking and typically eat meals at home given the range of ages and number of mouths to feed. The grill worked well, but the kitchen itself, especially the oven, were very small. We were appreciative that there was a second refrigerator in the laundry which allowed for ample food storage. We did note that there were still some improvements being done to the home, for example, some closets did not have a bar to hang clothes and one bathroom was somewhat dated. Steve shared that improvements were continuing to be made, so I expect the house will get better and better.
