“I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. “Casino and hotel were both very clean. Staff was very personable and courteous. Spa was great, enjoyed a massage and facial! The West Pool needed to be cleaned as lots of little gnats, birds poo, and clumps of hair floating around. Stay away from the Blue Coyote Cantina. Food was very mediocre. Everywhere else the food was pretty good!”

“The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very helpful during our stay. One thing about customer service I didn't like was the fact that we arrived the premises at about 2:30pm and requested early check-in barely 30min earlier after a 6 hour flight from Boston into the burning heat of AZ, common courtesy was to allow us check-in early. The staff eventually honored our request after minutes of negotiations. Overall our stay was great. I'll recommend”
