“They did not clean the room the next day off my arrival and the following day I left, when I asked the reason for that they said that they don’t clean the rooms the day after arrival if I don’t ask for.”

“I didn’t like that the pool was dirty I had to clean it several times to be able to swim in it. It was full of stuff from the trees and bugs all the time and every time I used it I had to clean it myself.”
