“Staff”

“Never did get into a room. Arrived at 3 PM and we’re told they didn’t have enough staff cleaning rooms so there would be a wait. Many people waiting in the lobby. We came back at 8 PM and they still didn’t have any rooms. Seems the staff walked out earlier in the day. Luckily found another room about 20 minutes away. The town was sold out because of graduation and a wedding. I worked in hotels for many years and this was the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ll never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.”

“10 Out of 10! What fun we had. Such a laid-back vibe, thoughtful staff, wonderful pool and spa amenities. Highly recommend for an out-of-the-box experience!”

“When we arrived I thought I was at the wrong place, it looked like an army barracks. From the pictures I was hoping for a key west vibe.. not so much, opened the door to our 2 bedroom suite in the first floor, facing the pool and immediately hit the bed with the door. The room was extremely small. Leftover food in the mini fridge, toilet had no water to flush, wet left and at least the 2 girls that were there were very nice and the maintenance guy/ desk clerk/ maybe manager did show us...

“The breakfast on Saturday morning was the best part of the whole stay. Great server great food and quite tasty ! The room was very clean but the internet was intermittent The TV was on and off every time it rained. Plus our room phone did not work at all.... Needs work. ✌”

“Checking in was fast and easy. No issues. The room (Handicap Accessible) was not good..Water didn't work in the sink, ice bucket was filthy, bed was terribly uncomfortable-(could feel the springs in the mattress)hair left on the bathroom floor, toilet seat loose, hand held shower head was Filthy, no drain stop for tub, breakfast "buffet" was a regular complimentary breakfast with rubbery fried eggs and cheap sausage links added, and as I was walking up to the desk to check out-with my registered...

“Close to the downtown”

“Convenient location to shopping and eats, about 1 mile walk into downtown. Room was wonderful, recently upgraded. Awesome front desk staff. These ladies were friendly, proficient and professional. Nice breakfast offering, but no meats. Pool and hot tub need cleaning, including chlorine. Shady guests after hours, somewhat noisy and inconsiderate after 11p? Overall worthwhile stay. No plumbing or AC issues. Very comfortable room,bed! Appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Walmart was a 5 min...

“Rooms were clean”

“We stayed here over the weekend and had a wonderful time and will certainly be returning. Debbie and her husband were absolutely fantastic and very communicative throughout our stay. The cabins were nice and cozy. We would recommend bringing bug repellent and bed sheets/blankets. The AC was really good in the cabin and we had a wonderful stay. 10/10 recommended!!”
