This newly renovated home was expertly designed by AVA Home Interiors with luxury, livability, and comfort in mind! The home features a private saltwater pool with a covered gazebo for a perfect getaway. It is nicely situated on a private lot with parking, and even large enough for an RV! Great for special occasions, family trips, and corporate stays. Your home away from home!

LUXURY: Guests can enjoy the entire home with 3 total bedrooms and 3 total bathrooms. Two bedrooms are masters and on opposite sides of the house. No sharing bathrooms in this house! The kitchen has been fully remodeled with a large island overlooking the entire living area of the house -- the chef will never feel left out. There are two 65" TV's in the living areas so you don't have to fight over football or cartoons! Did I mention all furniture is brand new?!

LIVABILITY: Added piece of mind with 24/7 exterior cameras , door and gate alarms leading to the pool, and newly added 4 ft pool fence for your family's protection. Pack and play and high chair is available! Board games, pool table/ ping pong table are also included to make special memories.

COMFORT: Stay longer and work from "paradise!" We have designed the space to feel 100% at home with lots of kitchen tools to cook and bake with; dedicated work spaces in each master retreat; extra towels for your use; hampers in each bedroom closet and steamer; new, extra-large load washers and dryers; and sound machines & black out curtains to help you sleep better!

Before you arrive we will provide you with a keyless entry code for the home. The code is renewed for each guest. We have a select number of owners closet's that are locked. Other than those spaces, you are welcome to the entire house.

House Rules:
- No unauthorized events/gatherings/parties (please inquire for any events)

- No smoking (including E-cigarettes) anywhere inside or outside within 10 ft of the property. Any violation will result in an additional $250 cleaning charge.

- No commercial use without permission.

- No pets, sorry!

- Maximum capacity of the house is: 9 people overnight. Daytime visitors are okay.

- Please respect the neighbors; Quiet times from 10 pm on weekdays and 12 am weekends. No loud noise, parties or any type of event that will disturb neighbors or the surrounding area are allowed.

- Any guest that stays at the property on Wednesday, please have the trash containers out for garbage truck pick up every Thursday early morning. Thank you!

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
We would like to provide a clean and undamaged home and a magical experience for every guest, in relation to that all bookings require a $300 security deposit. It is just a hold on your credit card and it will be released 3 days after your departure. You will receive the full amount after a thorough inspection and no damages have been done to the house.

Things that will result in partial/total loss of security deposit:
- Any kind of smoking inside of the house
- Damage to the property beyond normal wear/tear
- Unauthorized gatherings/parties
- Breaking max guest rule

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Cleaning fee to cover cleaning occurs at check out, no maid service during stay. After check-out and before check-in, between reservations, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
