Looking for more than just a hotel room? This efficiency apartment is very close to Fort Sill and includes wifi and a full kitchen. Enjoy more space at a lower cost than a hotel. For a video tour, search “Greens West Apartments Lawton OK” on YouTube; it’s among the first two results.

The Space:
We can NOT allow a check out after 3 pm without you having to pay for the next day.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)
Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur. The host will not be liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections experienced by guests.
Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval.

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $50 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.

Food Delivery:
For food deliveries, Shipt dot com will deliver to the property.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Locals from Lawton, OK are subject for approval.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Had a issue getting in at 530am the host replied IMMEDIATELY at 530 in the morning the apartment is just that cozy but not cramped the bedroom is big with 2 big closets the kitchen is a bit small but perfect for a solo cook it’s super close to the base and I’d definitely stay here again now it’s not the Ritz but you get more than you pay for reminds me of my first place as an adult
