Enjoy your visit to Utah at our Layton Layover—the perfect centrally located home base for exploring Utah! This FULLY renovated home is super cute, clean and outfitted with everything brand new from top to bottom. You will have the entire 4 bed, 2 bath home to yourself and we comfortably sleep 7. We also have an office in the downstairs living area and provide Wifi and 3 smart TVs (BYO passwords) Located in a residential neighborhood just west of I15 by the Davis Hospital-- a super easy commute to wherever you need to be!

Beautiful home, seamless stay

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The house is beautiful and instantly feels like home. Every detail was so thoughtful, from the cozy touches to the warm welcome. The hosts were wonderfully attentive through messages and made everything easy from start to finish. Already planning my return!

WEDDING/MOTHER’S DAY STAY

Stayed here for a family wedding in Salt Lake and celebrated Mother’s Day with family over our 4 day trip here. Due to the location near HILL A.F.B. you’ll be able to see and hear our Air Force jets at work which for us was AWESOME. It provides a chance at seeing F-15 Strike Eagles and various other planes roaming the skies.

Dance convention weekend

We had 3 adults and 2 kids and the house was great. Very easy to get to, the host was quick to answer any questions and had everything we needed. Older house but remodeled nicely. Conveniently located to the Davis convention center, restaurants and shopping.

Hospital proximity

My wife recently had surgery and we stayed across the street from Davis hospital. The host was more than accommodating and went above and beyond for our needs. The home was immaculate, beautifully remodeled with a shaded backyard. That was Great for our son. Close to many good restaurants, Movie theaters, Lagoon, and shopping. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to stay in the area. A+++++ We will definitely be back to this location.

Very clean home

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. It was super clean and it was very easy to check in. The owners did a great job checking in on us and staying in communication. The area is a little loud but it is very close to everything. We loved the back porch and how clean the house was. Overall wonderful stay.

A week in Utah

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting our son at Hill AFB. Very close to the interstate which was convenient for exploring the area. Grocery and gas nearby. There was plenty of room for all of us, house was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our 11 night stay. Nice to have 2 living rooms and a cute back porch. Everything went very smoothly and we would stay here again.

Amazing!!!

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed at! The host was so quick to respond, so nice and helped with our journey! The house is located in a small quiet area but very close to everything you want, shopping, food, fun. You arrive at the house to fresh smells and yummy goodies that were left for our softball girls! Was totally unexpected! They have gone absolve and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to come back.
