“First and foremost, the hotel is in very poor condition and is no longer what it was a year ago.
Although the pool has a heater, it is not turned on unless specifically requested. Additionally, the pool filter is not properly maintained, and when this is brought to the attention of the front desk, the response makes it feel as though guests are inconveniencing the staff by asking for basic service.
The customer service is extremely disappointing, particularly at the front desk. In contrast,...

“We've stayed at this property numerous times but I have to say that we were very disappointed this trip for several reasons.First we were very surprised that they offered family day passes now. We had just come off of a cruise full of kids and were looking forward to some peace and quiet and found the pool full of families on a day pass. We hung out by the pool until about noon and were about to go to lunch (since we couldn't check in yet) I double checked with front desk about our room before...

“Everyone in the office was very nice. One day we were in need of some items for the bathroom. I texted in two minutes later they were at the door.
The kitchen was more than adequate. It made the place feel even friendlier.
Location was perfect; central places we needed to visit.
