“In the room, as in all the rooms, there was a safe. One morning, I forgot to put my city bag back inside it - the one with my passport, all my cash (a lot of cash), my watches, and everything else. I want to sincerely thank and congratulate the housekeeping staff for not being tempted to take anything, even though it would have been easy. These people are truly honest.”

“Aldilà che con più di una settimana di preavviso (mentre era in corso la prenotazione) ho chiesto il rimborso dell ultima notte per un errore mio commesso in fase di prenotazione e si sono rimbalzati la palla hotel.com e l'holiday inn attribuendosi la responsabilità del rifiuto del rimborso... solvoliamo perchè errore mio, l'hotel è mediocre... la colazione fornita ogni giorno non è per niente variegata e qualità del cibo è piuttosto scadente.
Il servizio pulizia delle camere è lento e...

“La struttura è normale, per passare un paio di giorni va benissimo. La cosa terribile è stata l’esperienza del check-in, personale molto maleducato e non collaborativo anzi! Sembrava lo infastidissimo e addirittura ci ha minacciato di rivendere la camera se non avessimo risolto il problema che avevamo con le nostre carte, con fare minaccioso. Tant’è che stavamo per cancellare la prenotazione. Veramente terribile e irritante. ”

“Upgraded our room without asking. We arrived from a cruise ship way early and they allowed us to check in as soon as our room was ready. Nice quiet room. Good breakfast. Free airport shuttle right on time. But one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because they showed an "hot tub" which they had but it was not functioning. Disappointing.”
