“The room was awful, stains on the furniture and carpets, hardly any equipment in the cupboards, no coffee/tea bags for the coffee machine, the fridge freezer was rusty all down the front.
There was one bar of soap and one shampoo for a 4 day stay.
The towels and bedding were clean.
Nothing alluring about this hotel except the location. ”

“Pros: the staff were super friendly, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, it had full sized shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion bottles
Cons: it needs some minor work done in the room. The shower curtain drooped so the curtain came away from the wall and water sprayed out, the chair had some stains on it, the conditioner bottle had come off the wall, the bathroom fan didn't work well.
Overall though, I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“Everything was wonderful except for the pool chairs- there were no chairs at 11am. People save chairs early in the morning at 7am. What is frustrating is that most of those chairs stay empty most of the day. ”

“The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.”

“Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”
