Studio 29

Our Studio 29, near the sea, welcomes you to its 35m² with a comfortable, bright, and inviting living area, a well-equipped kitchenette (programmable filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, combination oven, hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishes), a bedroom with a very comfortable queen-size bed, and a cozy shower room with a dressing area to ensure a pleasant stay. You will also have reversible air conditioning. For a lighter trip, we provide bed linens (the bed will be made up for your arrival), a dish towel, a hand towel, and a bath mat. Only towels need to be requested when booking. We personally welcome our guests, so we will meet you in the residence's parking lot to greet you upon arrival. We will introduce ourselves and show you to the apartment. For your arrival, you will need to pay the security deposit (payable upon arrival by check or cash), which will be returned no later than one week after your departure, as well as the tourist tax, which is paid to the municipality (€0.94 per night per adult). From Studio 29, you will have direct access to the beach without needing your car, which can remain in the parking lot provided with the studio (the beach is on the other side of the parking lot). Nearby, you will also find the residence's mini-market (open during the summer season), a tobacconist/newsagent/souvenir shop, and several restaurants. You are also 800 meters from the port and 1.5 km from the Christmas market and the village of Barcarès. Don't forget to explore the surrounding countryside, which is also very rich in attractions.
