“Hotel che si autodefinisce "insolito" già nell'insegna, in effetti un po' particolare come disposizione. Situato appena sull'altra sponda della Charente, è comunque vicino al Centro Storico. La camera disponeva di un balcone vicino a una ciminiera altissima, che caratterizza l'insediamento. Probabilmente si tratta di un ex fornace o grande fabbrica.”
