“This hotel was exemplary from all standpoints. Beautiful little room decorated in the style of Savoie culture. Amazing breakfast with wonderfully fresh options. We signed up for daily dinner and the chef prepared delicious daily 3 course meals. The hotel owners are a delightful family and the employees are genuinely kind and considerate. We are skiers. The hotel was very close to the Super Morzine and Pleney lifts. Morzine is an adorable village! ”

“We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next...

“The view is amazing and the unit is perfect for a family of 4 because it's got a bunk bed and a king size bed. The breakfast is also very surprisingly good.”

“Super central location for lifts and amenities in the pretty town of Morzine. Hotel Igloo was an excellent option for a family of 3 as we had a two room suite. The hotel is very clean with great facilities too. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have use of the kitchen for a couple of nights when we didn't want to eat out. Overall a great choice.”

“Posto incantevole immerso nella natura curato minuziosamente, unica cosa non gradita e ubicazione , bisogna prendere la vettura, pertanto da valutare in base a ciò che volete, apprezzato moltissimo la colazione in unico tavolo con gli altri ospiti e con prodotti realizzati artigianalmente poco consoni con il benessere ma in vacanza si sa si passa oltre ”

“Esperienza pessima. Struttura che si spaccia per hotel, ma sembra più un ostello malandato. Camere piccole, sporche e rumorose. Servizi praticamente inesistenti: niente asciugamani, bagno condiviso in condizioni pietose e zero comfort. Il personale? Semplicemente assente. Nessuno a cui chiedere informazioni o assistenza. Da evitare assolutamente. ”

“albergo accogliente. La nostra camera , al quarto ed ultimo piano, era confortevole e pulita .Il letto aveva un materasso ottimo ma il soffitto mansardato qualche problema ai soggetti alti lo potrebbe creare...Le camere poste sul lato della strada presentano problemi per il rumore delle auto.”

“This property is pretty much perfect as a solo traveller, it is definitely on the lower cost of properties in the town but this does not mean it is unwelcoming, uncomfortable or cold. The room very much reminded me of my university days, small but functional. Breakfast was just right to start the day, with a typical continental fare and dont miss out on a hard boiled egg. Coffee is available all day long and the honesty bar for beer, wine and soft drinks is a life saver. I wouldn't hesitate...
