Just 40 minutes from downtown Troyes, 30 minutes from the outlet malls, and 5 minutes from a small town with all the shops and amenities, come discover this charming half-timbered cottage that can accommodate 6 to 8 people. Located on a quiet side street, you can unwind and enjoy this beautifully decorated home. On the first floor, you’ll find a relaxation area on the veranda, a living room with a seating area featuring a sleeper sofa (with the option of 2 additional beds for an extra charge of €10/night/person) and a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll also have access to a laundry room, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the cottage features 2 double bedrooms (140 beds), a twin bedroom (2 beds measuring 90x200), a walk-in closet with a desk/teleworking area, and a restroom with a sink. Outside, you’ll enjoy a pleasant, enclosed garden filled with flowers, a covered patio with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue, and you’ll have a place to park your cars. The beds will be made upon your arrival; firewood is available at an additional cost (€15 per box). Heating and electricity are included.
