“I was having trouble with my reservation and the staff member was not very helpful. He was more interested in moving me on and talking to the girl in a bikini that was walking by then trying to find my reservation. After he told me to step aside and find the confirmation number for my reservation otherwise he can’t do anything. I spoke with a different staff member and she found my reservation.”

“Hotel was NOT what I expected based on reviews & photos. Looks and feels like a budget hotel. Looks ran down, not a well maintained property. Multiple power outages during the first night of my stay (ended up transferring to a much better hotel). Beach and pool area are just OK, not nearly as nice as expected. Front desk NEVER answers the phone, placed multiple calls not once were they answered. Phone did not function in the room so I was unable to order room service. Food at Wreck Bar...

“Good - It was close to the airport and cruise port. Staff were very friendly and pleasant.
Bad - However the surrounding area was very seedy with sub par restaurants and homeless people.. The elevator seemed on its last legs, slow and creaky. The suite door wouldn’t close on its own and finally all the paint on the doors were chipped, giving the impression of a dumpy hotel. Not what I expected from a Hampton Inn.”

“Vicino al mare, parcheggio gratuito e piscina piccola ma riscaldata. Camera con poche spine elettriche, tv 26 pollici e non 45 come in descrizione. Solo 1 piastra elettrica in cucina funzionante. Regole troppo rigide. Servizio molto ridotto al minimo (al risparmio): 1 shampoo e 1 balsamo per 2 persone per 3 gg. A fine soggiorno bisogna disfare il letto ecc. mai visto in nessun hotel. Comunque pulizia ok. Posizione comoda. Dopo il check-in alle 10 ho chiesto di poter lasciare l'auto ancora...
