The apartment is carefully furnished and benefits from a covered terrace, extended by a deck on which you can only admire its breathtaking view of the Diamond Rock and the Caribbean Sea. You will be able to access the magnificent swimming pool. Ideal for 2 people. This fully air-conditioned apartment is elegant, light and warm. Designed to make you feel comfortable, it has been completely renovated, equipped and decorated.
The sea view will take your breath away from the front door.

The main room is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed high enough to slip your suitcases underneath.

This pretty 25 m2 studio is ideal for 2 people, but it can accommodate a couple with 1 child thanks to the 140 x 190 bz sofa. (request for 2 children)

You will also have a 3-drawer dresser as well as several storage spaces, wardrobe.

Topaze studio is intended to be indoor outdoor thanks to its bay window. The interior can be one with the kitchen on the outdoor terrace in a continuity by immersing itself in the blue of the sea or be completely isolated. The bay has curtains.

The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped: a large fridge, an electric hob, a microwave, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine (a few pods), kettle (a few tea bags) ...

A fresh homemade planter by myself, water will be waiting for you in your fridge to start your stay off right.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible. an electric sun visor will provide you with a healthy shade during the hottest hours.

What can we say about the 12 m2 of deck space you will have, if not the certainty of a relaxing stay, a unique moment in front of the extraordinary view of the Black Diamond pool, the Caribbean Sea and the Diamond Rock.

For young parents: A travel cot, mattress and sheet can be made available on request. You can also rent baby mop childcare equipment, which will be given to you at the airport on arrival.

The bathroom is closed by a pocket door and is equipped with a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate.

Sheets, dish towels, bath towels, and pool towels are provided.

The apartment is adjoining Topaze studio identical in every way and can be communicated. You are 4 or 6, no problem, you can rent the 2 apartments according to availability.

Your rental will entitle you to access to the swimming pool from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Pool Area is private and independent of the accommodation. We rent the access so that you can enjoy it. Pool towels are available in the accommodation.

Your vehicle is safely parked in the parking lot, closed by an electric gate, the code of which will be sent to you the day before your arrival.
