“Expérience mitigé dans cet hôtel. La cabine de douche ne se ferme pas, petit déjeuner simple, l’un des patrons de l’hôtel est très désagréable avec les clients et surtout son personnel. Nous voulions boire un verre dans la brasserie, on nous presse pour choisir Car table réservé dans 1h et à peine le verre fini, déjà débarrassés”

“Pros: We were glad to have the baby bed and roll-away bed for the children. We also really liked the self-serve wine selection (even though we didn't use any) and thought it was very reasonably priced.
Cons: We were happy with the place we rented but not with the online platform (Bookiply, VRBO, Holidu?) we booked it through. Modifying a booking is a mess, and Holidu also asked for a 1500 Euro deposit that the owner did not want or need. And what is the platform anyway? Is it Bookiply,...

“Chalet incroyable !!! Situé entre le Chinaillon et le village du Grand-Bornand... emplacement calme. L'arrêt des navettes est situé juste devant le chalet. Le chalet est très bien équipé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Grace.”
