  • The Cocoonr agency offers this beautiful, modern 48 m² flat for rent in Le Grand-Bornand, in the Chinaillon area (hamlet of Samance), which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the second floor (with lift) in a recent residence on the heights, it enjoys a magnificent view of the ski slopes, Pointe Percée, and La Tournette. The perfect place for a mountain holiday, in winter or summer.

    The accommodation is composed as follows:
    - A living room-kitchen (21.5 m²): a convivial space with a dining table, a lounge equipped with a sofa and flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi
    - A fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster). Direct access to the 4.4 m² balcony with beautiful mountain views
    - One bedroom (9.3 m²): queen-size bed (160×200), warm atmosphere, storage space
    - One windowless cabin (7 m²): bunk bed, storage closet, ideal for children or guests
    - One bathroom: shower, sink, towel dryer, hair dryer
