Your studio located in Grau du Roi with an area of 20 m² for 4 people, consists of:

- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils);
- Cabin: bunk beds (2x1 pers);
- A shower room, and toilet;
- The accommodation has a fan;
- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows;
- Private and free outdoor parking.


The Citadelle du Soleil residence is ideally located:
- 350 meters from the sandy beaches;
- 600 meters from shops and restaurants;
- 300 meters from the supermarket;

Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:

- Bed linen pack: €16 / bed

A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
