The "L'Impérial 1" apartment is located on Place Léon Constantin, a symbolic and iconic spot marking the entrance to the Fishing Port. Facing the sea, this prime location allows you to experience local life, watch the fishing boats go out and return, or observe fishermen sorting their catch and setting up their stalls. Just two minutes on foot from all amenities and the beach, this apartment is the perfect base for your explorations.

The "L'Impérial 1" apartment is fully equipped for your comfort. It features a climate-controlled bedroom with a 140 cm bed. The living room, bright and inviting, offers an unbeatable view of the sea and includes a convertible sofa for extra guests. The kitchenette provides everything you need to prepare your meals. A bathroom with a separate WC completes the space.

The apartment enjoys no overlooking, is sheltered from prying eyes, and is in immediate proximity to shops and the beach. The living room is ideally south-facing, making the most of natural light.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged:

€15 TTC for a single bed (1 person)
Basic products provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
