You'll have a large living room with a veranda area perfect for enjoying breakfast, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.
Two griddles are also available for outdoor cooking.

Three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm), wardrobes, air conditioning, and a television.

For your comfort, there's a shaded outdoor area with a pool secured by an alarm.

You'll have access to a garage to store your bicycles, beach gear, etc., including a washing machine, dryer, and a second refrigerator. You will have one parking space in front of the garage and a second space outside the house in front of the gate.

The swimming pool will be operational by mid-June.
