The Apartment

This south-facing apartment offers a beautiful living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining/living room with a convertible sofa. It extends onto a magnificent terrace facing the Mediterranean, a promise of sunny moments. Adjacent, a bedroom with double bed and storage space also leads out onto the terrace, where you can wake up to sunrises over the deep blue sea. A shower room with [hidden] completes the property.

The residence

Nestled in the heart of the restanques of St Clair facing the sea, 180°Sud is a stunning new residence offering exceptional facilities. Surrounded by gardens scattered by fruit trees, you'll enjoy the large swimming pool and its wide sundeck, a refreshing interlude for relaxing moments at the heart of this fragrant oasis. Completely closed and secured, it has underground parking. It's the perfect place for a comfortable stay, just a stone's throw from St Clair beach.

Swimming pool opening times: 9.30am-12pm / 2.30pm-7pm from May to October.
