You feel it before you even cross the threshold: something in you softens. Perched on the heights of Aiguebelle, the villa has that rare gift of making you feel, from the very first moment, that you were right to come.

You climb the stairs, and the sea appears. Not a detail of the décor, but the event of the house, everywhere, at every hour, in every light. The large living space draws from it: you cook and laugh, gather without thinking about it, and the soft clarity makes everything simpler.

Then the house opens on both sides, like two ways of loving the same landscape.
On one side, the terrace facing the horizon. A majestic table, made for lunches that stretch on and evenings when no one wants to be the first to leave. An outdoor lounge, for prolonging the conversation and watching the sky turn from gold to pink. On the other side, a more secret, more enveloping corner, a second open-air lounge where you retreat in order to come back together all the more happily.

Mornings here have a special flavor. Upstairs, two bedrooms wake to the sea, each with its own bathroom: you open your eyes, and the blue is already there. Downstairs, three more bedrooms, each with its own shower room, open onto the pool. You step out barefoot, dive into the cool water, and can no longer quite tell where the pool ends and the Mediterranean begins.

The sun loungers are waiting, the stone holds the warmth of the day, and the outdoor shower finishes convincing you that time has changed its rhythm. Everything here is turned toward the open sea.

Aiguebelle, "La Charmeuse"

A few minutes' walk away, a sheltered bay, fine sand, and clear water turning to turquoise. Facing due south, it is bathed in light from morning until evening. Glide out by paddleboard or kayak toward La Fossette, Saint-Clair or Cavalière, past secret coves where the underwater world reveals itself to those who take the time to look. And when the urge to go out wins, Le Lavandou and its fine restaurants await, five kilometers away.
