The house is at sheltered from view.
The secure cycle path to reach the 12 beaches of Lavandou or Rayol Canadel is nearby.

## Neighborhood
In a green setting, calm from the crowds, Pramousquier beach is sheltered by Cap Nègre. It is less easy to find than the other beaches of Lavandou, because it is accessed by small footpaths. This is one of the reasons why it is also nicknamed "The Mysterious". You will find on the beach something to spend lazy days with family, friends or lovers. Pramousquier offers you a choice of beach restaurants and mattress rentals. If you like pedal boats, you can rent one.
