  • The Can'Hibiscus Residence is located about ten minutes from Martinique’s most beautiful beaches. Situated in a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood just 5 minutes from the town center of the magnificent city of Le Marin, it offers a splendid view of the sea and the vast plain in the southern part of the island. The residence features a lovely garden filled with trees and flowers, complete with a pétanque court, where you can take the time to relax and enjoy the countryside.

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione e accuratezza dell’annuncio
L espace à l interieur est agréable. Pas de climatiseur en mezzanine pour le couchage. Les ventilateurs sont inefficaces et les nuits sont trop chaudes.La salle de bain-wc pour chaque espace couchage est très appréciable. Il manque des produits d entretien pour un ménage efficace.L équipement de la cuisine pourrait être mieux: épices, sucre, papier film ou d aluminium, sacs poubelles...Le linge de toilette est insuffisant pour 15 nuits. La piscine est minuscule sur le côté de la maison. Le logement est bien situé mais le voisinage est parfois bruyant.

Superbe location !

Superbes vacances dans cette villa située dans la campagne martiniquaise. L'accueil d'Olivier et de ses parents fut très agréable. Hermann nous a même fait faire le tour du jardin tropical et de tous ses arbres fruitiers. Belle leçon de flore... La maison bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur le sud de l'île. Les équipements sont en bon état et les lieux sont propres. Nous étions à la villa Hibiscus dont la piscine est petite mais parfaite pour des enfants en bas âge. Je recommande...

Inoubliable!

La famille Orlay est extraordinaire. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement acueillis en ce 24 décembre au soir. Le site est magnifique. À une vingtaine de minutes des plus belles plages du sud de la Martinique, cette résidence est très bien pensée, vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre confort. La vue est panoramique. Idéal pour les amateurs de la nature. Ne vous inquiétez pas pour la proximité des 2 résidences, les espaces de vie extérieurs sont à l'opposé l'un de l'autre. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute! Merci pour votre grande générosité.

Belles prestations et propriétaire charmant, que des ++++++

Accueil chaleureux par Olivier avec les merveilleux acras préparés par sa maman.... La villa est confortable et très bien équipée avec un très bon couchage. Cuisine très fournie en vaisselle. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir louer cette maison, je la recommande vivement car en plus du calme, la vue est superbe. En 15/20 mns vous êtes à la plage des salines à Ste Anne. Si vous souhaitez une piscine plus grande il faut réserver la villa Cane car la piscine de hibiscus c'est juste pour faire trempette car toute petite mais ce n'est pas un problème si vous allez à la mer.

Beautiful New Villa

We spent a great week in this brand new villa. Located in the hills, it has nice views of the valley and the ocean in the distance. It's got three full bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The loft bedroom is not air conditioned, but is wasn't a problem as it was cool at night. There are some mosquitoes in the evening, so we used bug spray and the couple in the unairconditioned bedroom used the netting over the bed. Olivier, the son of the owner, was our contact. He was very helpful. He and his extended family live close by. The villa has all new furniture, dishes, bathrooms and was very well equipped and clean. We paid a cleaning fee, although it's not in the listing on Homeaway. The villa is close to town, Le Marin, including grocery stores and restaurants. We drove to several nice swimming beaches, including Sainte Anne which were not far to drive. We did several day trips to the botanical gardens and DePaz Distillery and another to Chateau DuBuc, the ruins of a 17th century plantation and rum distillery with a very good electronic self-guided tour in several languages, including English. All are several hours away, but worth the trip. Lovely restaurant at DePaz for lunch. There are 2 villas attached, but completely separate, including separate swimming pools. Olivier gave us a tour of the villa's beautifully landscaped grounds, including showing us the many fruit trees his family has planted. Also he brought delicious accras and pastries his mother had made, and they also left us a bottle of rum punch.
