For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Le May-sur-Èvre, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
