Bella casa colonica alla fine del 19 ° secolo, completamente rinnovata, pulizia inclusa, 3 camere da letto con (1 letto 160 * 200, 1 letto 140 * 190, 2 letti 90 * 190), un bagno e uno spogliatoio al piano superiore . al piano terra, un bagno con cabina doccia, mobile lavabo, grande specchio e radiatore scaldasalviette, ampio wc, cucina spaziosa sistemata armoniosamente per pasti conviviali, ampio soggiorno di 54m2 con camino, divano ad angolo , TV a schermo piatto, area giochi per bambini e vari giochi da tavolo, biblioteca per tutte le età, area biliardo per divertirsi con la famiglia o gli amici, tutte decorate con sobrietà per farti stare bene, WIFI e documentazione, per preparare le vostre visite, garage accessibile dalla casa, tavolo da ping-pong, noleggio di biciclette (4 adulti), mobili da giardino con 9 sedie e cuscini, barbecue, percorso e area paesaggistica boscosa, necessari per i bambini a disposizione (lettino, seggiolone, seggiolino, fasciatoio), attrezzatura per la casa, piano cottura, lavastoviglie, frigorifero combinato, forno a microonde, lavatrice, asse da stiro, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli , noleggio opzionale lenzuola, asciugamani, 14 km da BAYEUX, 15 km dalle spiagge dello sbarco, 50 km da CAEN, 6 km dalla foresta, 3 km dai negozi, 500 metri dal centro ippico. Wunderschönes Haus und Anwesen. Tolle reibungslose Kommunikation, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr freundliche Besitzer - Nathalie war eine perfekte Gastgeberin! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ruhe am Haus und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten waren für uns ideal.

The house was situated on a farm about 3kms outside Le-Molay-Littry. Very comfortable property with everything you need for your stay.Nathalie the owner welcomed us to the house and showed us some very useful information on places to visit. The reason for our trip to Normandy was to visit some of the D Day locations and Museums. We found the house to be in a good central location to do this.A great trip,good weather,nice countryside we will return.Brian and Malcolm

Belle maison spacieuse et propre à l'arrivée. Chacun trouve sa place. La propriétaire est à l'écoute des locataires et n'est pas encombrante du tout. Des dépliants pour nos sorties étaient prévues ainsi qu'une petite attention gustative. Maison et accueil qui donnent envie de revenir. Norm

Quelques jours de découverte d'une région riche en joyaux historiques. Une première pour ma fille et ses trois petites.Grande maison claire avec tout ce qu'il faut pour occuper petits et grands entre deux visites. Grand calme, cadre bucolique. Hôtes charmants et très gentille attention de bienvenue. Chouettes petites vacances :)

Our stay was very good. Maybe if you are with 6 persons, the couch is too small. The fire place, the kitchen and the bedrooms are perfect. The pool-tabel is good, but the chalk and the cue needs some tlc. The start was a little bumpy because we got the wrong phone-number from the concierge, but we solved that with VRBO. After that, the beautifull house was a perfect place for us to start our trips to the D-day beaches, museums and Memorials.

We enjoyed the relaxing location just outside Le Molay Littry. It's 50mins from Caen in countryside like Cornwall, but without the people! We weren't aware it's right next to a cow farm but they weren't a bother, but there are a lot of flies,which we got used to. The house is a little sparsely furnished but spacious. The bedrooms could do with a chest of drawers each and there's room for them. Downstairs is a bit minimalist too. Some soft furnishings would break up the noise a bit. The town itself is not the best around but it's got a decent supermarket. We didn't go to any other shops or restaurants there! Bayeux is where to go for everything around there. Trevieres is nice too. The location is super relaxing though and that made it worth the visit. It's a real dark spot at night so you'll see the stars no problem. It's very quiet and the wind through the trees on the avenue to the house is lovely. It's a good base to see all the D day stuff. Best beach is the nearest one - Omaha, about 25 mins away, with miles of wide soft sand and hardly anyone on it . There all good though. Things for the kids - Bayeux Aventure Parc is just fantastic and had evening concerts every Friday night for free, which were amazing. Normandie Luge is superb too and well worth the visit - the next level up from the other one. We didn't bother with festyland as I think it's for smaller kids. Mine were 11 and 12 at the time and loved both other parks.

Mooi groot huis van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie maakt dat je alle bezienswaardigheden goed kunt bereiken. Het is een rustige locatie op het platteland. Contact met host is vriendelijk en snel. Al met al genieten in Normandië lukt prima op deze locatie.

Es hat uns wahnsinnig gut in der Unterkunft gefallen. Es war abseits gelegen und somit sehr ruhig und einfach wunderschön. Mit der Baumallee und umgeben von Wiesen und Kühen. Das Ferienhaus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Unsere Kinder und wir haben viel Tischtennis und Billard gespielt.

Wir haben eine ganz tolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gibt einem tolle Ideen für Ausflüge. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und groß. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vielen Dank für alles.

Gîte très bien situé, au calme, spacieux, bien équipé, propriétaire très accueillante, environnement bien pourvu en services commerciaux de tous types, vraiment à recommander ! De petits détails à mentionner: la salle de bain au rez de chaussée attenante à la cuisine, la TV vraiment très petite pour les jours de pluie, et l'unique radio, nommée chaine Hifi parce que les 2 baffles sont séparés, très minimaliste. Bref, quasi que du positif !!

Das Ferienhaus wurde toll restauriert/modernisiert und ist wirklich sehr geräumig, um einen entspannten Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es herrscht eine schön gemütliche Atmosphäre. Außerdem hat es eine hervorragende (und ruhige) Lage, um von dort die täglichen Ausflugsfahrten an die Landungsstrände, nach Bayeux, Caen, zum Mont Saint Michel oder in die benachbarte Bretagne usw. zu starten. Gut sortierte Supermärkte findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe oder in Bayeux gibt es auch Hypermarches (wenn man darauf Wert legt). Die Vermieterin war super nett und die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Diese Ferienunterkunft empfehlen wir sehr und kommen bestimmt auch noch mal wieder.

Maison spacieuse agréable à vivre avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Literie de qualité et propreté impeccable. Ein ganz ruhig und ländlich gelegenes, geräumiges Haus, dennoch liegen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Ebenso sind viele Attraktionen und die Küsten in recht kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gerade in der Nebensaison ist einmalig, und die Vermieterin Mme Gousset war sehr freundlich und hat uns ausführliche Informationen zu möglichen Aktivitäten in der gegen gegeben. Im Haus ist der Billardtisch die große Attraktion. Den haben wir reichlich genutzt und uns alles in allem sehr wohl gefühlt. Dieses Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert!
