Spacious villa, benefiting from a beautiful swimming pool, its pool-house, large terraces, Your villa is semi-detached with that of the owners on more than one hectare in a calm and secure private domain with tennis. The Estate is located 12 km from Sainte Maxime, the beaches and the boat shuttle to Saint-Tropez and 5 minutes from exit 36 ​​of the A8 motorway. Lemasdumuy can receive you for longer periods from October 1st to March 30th.

Belle maison au milieu de la forêt sur les hauteurs de Ste Maxime

Très bon séjour chez ce couple d'hôtes très sympathique.Très bon spot pour les cyclistes avec l'accès à des très belles routes et au massif des Maures.La maison est très bien située à une dizaine de minutes des commerces, mais une voiture est indispensable. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et cet agréable séjour.

Beautiful, secluded apartment with amazing pool. We loved the peace and isolation. Owners in adjoining property were discreet and incredibly helpful - we arranged a late evening check in due to flight times and exchanged messages during our stay about places to visit. Car is essential, but numerous supermarkets and bakeries within a 10 minute drive. St Maxime is an easy 20 minute drive, with a lovely beach and ferry to St Tropez. Also recommend Grasse, including a tour and workshop at Fragonaard, and Nice is amazing, we tagged on a stay at the end of the trip.

Toller Urlaub in Le Muy

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind wirklich überaus nett. Das Haus und der Pool sind wirklich toll. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten mehr als genug platz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca 15 Minuten mit den Auto entfernt. Zum baden ca 30 Minuten und nach St. Trotzes mit Stau ca 50 Minuten. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal hier den Sommerurlaub verbracht, vor zwei Jahren mit unserem damals 15-jährigen Sohn, dieses Jahr mit dem nun 17-jährigen Sohn und der 19-jährigen Tochter. Nicht nur wir Eltern, sondern auch die jungen Erwachsenen haben sich - am großen Pool liegend - wunderbar erholt,. Es ist ein sehr schönes, sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Ein idealer Ausgangsort, um Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen. Ein idealer Ort, um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Vielen Dank an Ghyslaine und Jean-Pierre, die uns zum zweiten Mal so ein Urlaubsparadies zur Verfügung gestellt haben und jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben. Hoffentlich können wir ein drittes Mal kommen.

A little paradise close to Saint Maxime

Ghyslaine and her husband welcomed us with a spacious and clean house. The terrace and the pool area were very nice and inviting. It’s a tranquil place with a big garden. Despite that the owners in the adjacent house live we experienced a lot of privacy. The owners are very quite and discreet. Nevertheless the pool was cleaned every evening. Ghyslaine responded quickly to my requests. The rooms very nice and airconditioned. The only small negative points were the lack of WiFi for most of the time and that the water pressure was quite low in the shower. But this might have been due to the dry period we were in. Altogether we had a wonderful week!

Beste vakantie sinds lang

Hoewel de woning eerder klein is (de kamers liggen erg dicht op mekaar en de woonkamer/keuken vormen 1 ruimte die iets gezelliger ingericht kon worden), is ze erg proper en fris door de airco die vanuit de kamers het hele verblijf verfrist. De eigenaars wonen in hetzelfde gebouw en passeren af en toe, maar zijn erg discreet en enorm vriendelijk. Het zwembad en zijn omkadering is ronduit magnifiek en erg aangenaam om vertoeven. Er is voldoende schaduw en het zwembad is vlot toegankelijk en niet te diep zodat ook jongere kinderen volop kunnen genieten. De locatie is top: op 20' rijden ben je in Saintes Maxime en nog dichterbij zijn er de dagelijkse winkels. Je kan deze woning ook flexibel boeken, wij genoten 10 dagen startend op dinsdag, waardoor de heenreis vanuit België heel rustig verliep. Ik kan nog veel meer vertellen maar ik raad aan om dit pareltje zelf te ontdekken! 🙂

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung

Das Haus liegt in einer separaten Siedlung, in die man über nur über einen Schlüsselcode/ Fernbedienung gelangt. Dies verschafft ein Sicherheitsgefühl. Allerdings gelangt man nur mit dem Auto zur nächsten Boulangerie, Supermarkt usw. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge nach Cannes, Nizza, St. Tropez, St. Maxime usw. Sehr bemerkenswert ist der schöne Pool auf dem Areal, der regelmäßig von JP gereinigt wurde. Es war wirklich sehr sauber. Obwohl Ghyslaine und JP direkt nebenan wohnen, war es sehr diskret. Es gibt unzählige hochwertige Sitzmöglichkeiten, alle Schlafräume sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Ein Carport wäre hilfreich, da das Auto den ganzen Tag in der Sonne steht. Wir sagen DANKE für diese wunderbare Zeit !!!

Relaxter Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, die Terasse ist wunderbar, der Pool riesig, braucht aber ein paar Instandsetzungs-Maßnahmen. Die Besitzer wohnen nebenan, sind sehr nett und diskret. Das Anwesen hat einen großen umzäunten Garten, man sieht Eichelhäher, Eidechsen, Schmetterlinge... Am Pool ist auch eine wunderschöne beschattete Sitzecke entstanden, die auf den Bildern noch gar nicht zu sehen ist und wo man die Hitze gut aushalten kann. Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto, da man für alle Unternehmungen weiter fahren muss (Einkaufen 10min, Strand u Restaurants in St. Maxime 25min, St. Tropez mit Stau mindestens 45min, Gassin knapp 60min, generell muss man in der Hochsaison mit enormem Verkehrsaufkommen rechnen). Die Küche ist groß, es gibt eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, allerdings keinen richtigen Backofen (dafür Mikrowelle/Multifunktionsofen, sind wir nicht so richtig mit zurecht gekommen), die Küchenutensilien sind etwas zusammengewürfelt, aber generell ist alles da, was man braucht. Das große Grundstück liegt übrigens in einem durch 2 verschlossene Tore liegenden Wohnviertel, die Codes dafür erhält man am Anreisetag. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Urlaubswoche!

Hideway in den Bergen oberhalb von Ste Maxime

Wir haben eine Woche in Le Mas de Muy mit drei Kindern verbracht. Total ruhig, sehr gepflegt, sehr freundlich Vermieter. Die Vermieter bewohnen die andere Haushäfte, aber wir haben sie kaum gesehen. Pool und Garten hatten wir immer für uns. Das Haus ist mit liebe eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in der Natur

Das vor Kurzem renovierte und ruhig gelegene Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Man spürt die Fürsorge der sehr netten und sympatischen Besitzer für das Haus. Sie verhalten sich sehr diskret, obwohl sie gleich nebenan wohnen. Negativer Punkt ist lediglich das etwas instabile Internet, was aber demnächst verbessert wird. Man benötigt ein Auto.

Perfekter Wohlfühlort mit Erholungsgarantie

Wir waren restlos begeistert von diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten, modernen Haus, umgeben von einem 10.000 m² großen Grundstück, einem Park gleichend, mit einem, aktuell ausgetrockneten, Bachlauf. Ein wunderbarer Pool mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten steht zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Ein neu angelegter Patio, der noch nicht mitabgebildet ist, bietet auch tagsüber am Pool weitere Sitz- und Relaxgelegenheiten. Auf der Terrasse findet man unter den Sonnensegeln auch immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Noch nie sind wir zu einer Unterkunft gekommen, die in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern im Internet ist. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist dieser Ort perfekt. In drei Wörtern: Paradies in Frankreich…

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen auf diesem traumhaften Anwesen verbracht und uns wunderbar erholt und rundum einfach nur wohlgefühlt. Die Lage und das Grundstück ist ein Traum - im Grünen und dennoch nah am Geschehen - St. Maxime, St. Tropez, Nizza… Auf dem Riesen-Grundstück mit tollen Haus und großem Pool kann man entspannt zurücklehnen und durchatmen. Ghyslaine und Jean-Pierre sind so liebevolle, interessante und überaus diskrete Gastgeber - ein großes Kompliment. Ich wünschte, mein Französisch wäre besser gewesen. Aber die Kommunikation war trotzdem hervorragend. Wir hatten unseren Freiraum und unsere Auszeit für uns; wenn wir Hilfe brauchten, waren sie sofort jederzeit da. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind im Positiven sehr besonders: viele Kunstwerke, eine sehr moderne Einrichtung, und ein Auge fürs Detail lassen einen sich hier wirklich mehr als zu Hause fühlen. Wir können diese Bleibe von ganzem Herzen empfehlen und kommen mit Sicherheit sehr gerne wieder zurück - fünf von fünf Sternen! Ein ganz großes Danke an Ghyslaine und Jean-Pierre!!

Fantastic Family Holiday

We had a fantastic family holiday at this property. Ghyslaine and JP were amazing hosts and always there for us to answer questions and help out. The property is perfect for our young family with everything we needed. The children loved playing in the pool and the air conditioning was perfect in the warm weather. Highly recommend staying here and it’s only a gory drive to the local beaches. 10/10

Un merveilleux séjour!

Il arrive que lorsque vous arriviez dans une location vous soyez déçus par rapport aux photos. Là, c'était tout le contraire! Encore mieux que sur les photos! Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour. L'endroit est superbe, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est fantastique et très bien conçue. La climatisation dans les chambres est plus qu'appréciable. La région est superbe mais franchement nous n'avions pas très envie de quitter notre havre de paix. Ghyslaine et Jean-Pierre sont adorables et très discrets. Nous espérons revenir! Top Destination

Super Hosts, perfekte Location, nahe zu Stränden, Städten und Autobahn. Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien (grosser Pool) und genossen es in allen Bereichen.

relaxed seclusion

comfortable property , plenty of space. Great outdoor space amidst pine forests. amazing network of local trails for walking or mtb. lovely hosts, helpful and discreet.

Super Unterkunft und tolle Lage

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche verlebt und können das schöne Haus absolut empfehlen. Da es gut eingerichtet ist und alles, was man zum Leben benötigt vorhanden ist, startet der Urlaub mit der Ankunft. Wir wunden sehr herzlich empfangen! Das Haus und der Garten sind super gepflegt, sehr ruhige Lage, weitab vom Trubel. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce magnifique environnement. La maison est bien agencée, décorée et fraîche. La piscine et les transats sont top ! L’endroit est calme et reposant. Ghyslaine et Jean Pierre sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Séjour vraiment au top. Le bord de mer n’est pas tres éloigné et facilement accessible. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Objekt wie beschrieben vorgefunden, sehr bequem, ruhig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan, respektierten unsere Privatsphäre sehr, halfen bei Fragen jederzeit gern und schnell. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen!

Votre maison est reposante, d'une propreté irréprochable, fonctionnelle, avec une mention ++++++ pour la cuisine qui est incroyablement équipée.
