Access to shared wooden swimming pool at set times from early May to late October (8.40m in length, 4.50m wide, 1.30m deep, unheated). Ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen (dining area) & lounge (study area, Internet access) with direct access to terrace. WC. 1st floor : 2 bedrooms (double bed), (2 single beds + 2 single beds on low-ceilinged mezzanine). Shower room (dual washbasin, walk-in shower). Underfloor heating (geothermal) on the ground floor, electric heating upstairs. Owners' pets on the premises : cat, dogs, turtle. The 2 gites can be rented jointly for family gatherings (11 people). Bed linen, household linen and water are included in rent.
