Stunning 2BR Apartment in Historic Le Puy-en-Velay with Modern Amenities

In a beautiful 19th century building, near the town center of Puy-en-Velay, near shops and tourist monuments, this spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

Nearby: historic town of Puy-en-Velay and its monuments (old districts, cathedral and cloister, Notre Dame de France statue, start of the path to St-Jacques de Compostela...), St-Michel d'Aiguilhe rock and its chapel, statue of St-Joseph... and many outdoor activities nearby. All shops and services in the immediate vicinity. Accessible by a comfortable staircase, it opens onto a large hall serving a dining room (small balcony) with fully equipped kitchen area and an independent living room with flat screen TV, on the boulevard side, while on the opposite side, offering a view of a perfectly quiet interior courtyard contains 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a BZ bench seat as well as a dressing room, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet.

You will be seduced by the available volumes and the Haussmanian charm of this bright apartment.

For your comfort, beds are made on arrival, bathroom linen is provided free of charge and all charges are included in the rates (excluding tourist tax).

Paid parking, but free 100 meters away, no difficulty parking.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment while we visited Le Puy and environs. The place is very large, very modern, and very comfortable. The pictures are an accurate representation of the apartment. Our only complaint is there is no internet capability in the apartment. The owners should seriously adding this convenience,.
